Veterinary Examining Board
On November 26, 2013, the Veterinary Examining Board submitted proposed rules to the Chief Clerks of the Senate and the Assembly for referral to the appropriate standing committees for review under s.
227.19, Stats. The rules revise sections
VE 1.02 (3),
7.01 (1), and
7.02 (3) (a),
(4) (c), and
(8) (c), relating to standards of practice and unprofessional conduct of veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians.
The Governor approved the rule under s.
227.185, Stats., on November 15, 2013.
