Public Instruction
On October 17, 2014, the Department of Public Instruction submitted proposed rules to the Chief Clerks of the Senate and Assembly for review by the Legislature under s. 227.19, Stats. The rules create Chapter PI 80, relating to community programs and services.
Per the Dane County Circuit Court order issued in Coyne, et al. v. Walker, et al., Case No. 11-CV-4573, the Department of Public Instruction is not required to obtain the Governor's approval of this proposed rule under s. 227.185, Stats.
