An Act to amend 111.322 (2m) (a) and 111.322 (2m) (b); and to create 103.135 and 106.54 (11) of the statutes; Relating to: prohibiting an employer from relying on or inquiring about a prospective employee's current or prior compensation and from restricting an employee's right to disclose compensation information and providing a penalty.
