1995 WISCONSIN ACT 254
An Act to repeal 20.505 (1) (fg) and 20.505 (1) (fm); and to create 20.505 (1) (fg) and 20.505 (1) (fm) of the statutes; relating to: grants for military memorials for women and making appropriations.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
254,1 Section 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table PDF
254,2 Section 2. 20.505 (1) (fg) of the statutes is created to read:
20.505 (1) (fg) Vietnam Women's Memorial grant. The amounts in the schedule for the department to provide a grant to the Vietnam Women's Memorial Project for the creation and maintenance of the Vietnam Women's Memorial.
254,3 Section 3. 20.505 (1) (fg) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.
254,4 Section 4. 20.505 (1) (fm) of the statutes is created to read:
20.505 (1) (fm) Women in Military Service for America Memorial grant. The amounts in the schedule for the department to provide a grant to the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc., for the creation and maintenance of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial.
254,5 Section 5. 20.505 (1) (fm) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.
254,6 Section 6. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:
(1) The repeal of section 20.505 (1) (fg) and (fm) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 1996.
