1995 WISCONSIN ACT 307
An Act to amend 94.76 (4) of the statutes; relating to: bringing honeybees and related items into this state and granting rule-making authority.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
307,1 Section 1 . 94.76 (4) of the statutes is amended to read:
94.76 (4) No person shall may bring or cause to be brought into this state any honeybee, beehive, drawn comb or used beekeeping equipment or appliances without a permit from reporting the shipment to the department. Applications for a permit Reports shall be made on forms furnished by the department which shall include the name and address of the consignor, name and address of the consignee, date and manner of shipment, and such any further information as that the department requires. All applications reports shall be accompanied by a certificate from an official inspector of the state of origin certifying that such the materials have been inspected within 30 days prior to shipment as required by the department by rule and are apparently free from any evidence of honeybee diseases or pests. The permit, or a copy thereof, shall be attached to or accompany each shipment.
