1995 WISCONSIN ACT 372

An Act to amend 20.866 (2) (zy) and 20.866 (2) (zz) of the statutes; relating to: the youth and athlete facility of the state fair park board and granting bonding authority.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

372,1 Section 1 . 20.866 (2) (zy) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

20.866 (2) (zy) State fair park board; housing facilities. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the state fair park board to construct, acquire, develop, enlarge or improve housing facilities at the state fair park in West Allis. The state may contract public debt not to exceed $5,000,000 $13,000,000 for this purpose.

372,2 Section 2 . 20.866 (2) (zz) of the statutes, as affected by 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

20.866 (2) (zz) State fair park board; self-amortizing facilities. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the state fair park board to acquire, construct, develop, enlarge or improve facilities at the state fair park in West Allis. The state may contract public debt not to exceed $32,850,000 $27,850,000 for this purpose.

372,3 Section 3. Nonstatutory provisions; building commission.

(1) 1995-97 State building program changes.

(a) In 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, section 9108 (1) (i) 1., under projects financed by general fund supported borrowing, the amount authorized for the 1995-97 state building program project identified as “Youth and athlete facility" is increased from $5,000,000 to $13,000,000 and the appropriate totals are adjusted accordingly.

(b) In 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, section 9108 (1) (i) 2., under projects financed by program revenue supported borrowing, the 1995-97 state building program project identified as “Youth and athlete facility" is deleted and the appropriate totals are decreased accordingly.

(c) In 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, section 9108 (1) (i) 3., under projects financed by gifts, grants and other receipts, the 1995-97 state building program project identified as “Youth and athlete facility" is deleted and the appropriate totals are decreased accordingly.
