1995 WISCONSIN ACT 39

An Act to affect 1985 Wisconsin Act 185, section 3; relating to: conveying certain submerged lands to Brown County for a facility for dredge spoil containment.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

39,1 Section 1 . 1985 Wisconsin Act 185, section 3 is amended to read:

[1985 Wisconsin Act 185] Section 3. Conditions. The facility for dredge spoil containment established under Section 1 of this act shall be subject to all requirements of state and federal law governing such facilities, including but not limited to chapters 144 and 147 of the statutes. If the facility has not been constructed within 10 years after the grant under Section 1 of this act, the land shall revert back to the state.
