AB13-ASA1-AA25,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB13-ASA1-AA25,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB13-ASA1-AA25,1,3 " Section 6m. 943.13 (4m) (c), (d) and (e) of the statutes are created to read:

AB13-ASA1-AA25,1,5 943.13 (4m) (c) A person who enters land for the purpose of distributing a free sample of merchandise to the residence of the owner or occupant.

AB13-ASA1-AA25,1,7 (d) A person who enters the land for the purpose of delivering any newspaper or advertising material to the residence of the owner or occupant.

AB13-ASA1-AA25,1,10 (e) An employe or agent of a newspaper or periodical or radio or television station who enters or remains on land while acting within the scope of his or her employment.".
