AB149-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB149-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "and school districts" and substitute: ", special purpose districts and regional planning commissions".

AB149-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB149-AA3,1,5 " Section 2g. 60.75 (3) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB149-AA3,1,7 60.75 (3) (a) Except as provided in par. (b) or (c) and subject to s. 66.188, all commissioners shall be residents of the town sanitary district.

AB149-AA3, s. 2r Section 2r. 60.75 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB149-AA3,1,13 60.75 (3) (b) If commissioners are elected or appointed and if the sanitary district is composed primarily of summer resort property, at least one of the commissioners shall be a resident of the district, except as provided in s. 66.188. Any commissioner who is not a resident shall own property within the town sanitary district.".

AB149-AA3,1,15 3. Page 3, line 14: on lines 14 and 22, delete "or school district" and substitute ", special purpose district or regional planning commission".

AB149-AA3,2,1 4. Page 3, line 19: delete "or town sanitary district,".
