AB166-SA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB166-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "gasoline" insert ", the sale of reformulated gasoline".

AB166-SA2,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB166-SA2,1,5 " Section 1. 144.3716 (3) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB166-SA2,1,9 144.3716 (3) (a) Except as provided in par. (b), beginning on January 1, 1995, no person may sell gasoline in an area described under sub. (2) (a), (am) or (b) for use in a truck or automobile unless the gasoline satisfies the minimum specifications for reformulated gasoline under s. 168.04.".
