AB24-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB24-AA3,1,2 21. Page 1, line 1: delete "service by" and substitute "employment of".

AB24-AA3,1,4 32. Page 1, line 2: after "lobbyist" insert: "or employment of an elective state
4official by an employer that provides lobbying services".

AB24-AA3,1,5 53. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB24-AA3,1,6 6" Section 2m. 19.45 (8s) of the statutes is created to read:

AB24-AA3,1,97 19.45 (8s) No elective state official as defined in s. 13.62 (6) may be an employe
8of an employer that receives revenue in the preceding or current calendar year for
9the provision of the service of lobbying as defined in s. 13.62 (10).".
