AB31-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB31-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 17: delete the material beginning with "while" and ending with the period on line 19 and substitute: "for the following periods:

AB31-AA2,1,5 a. If it is the first time that the child is sentenced, placed on probation or placed under supervision, 6 months.

AB31-AA2,1,7 b. If it is the 2nd time that the child is sentenced, placed on probation or placed under supervision, 12 months.

AB31-AA2,1,9 c. If the child has been sentenced, placed on probation or placed under supervision more than twice, permanently.".
