AB40-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to amend 45.79 (4) (c) of the statutes; relating to: requiring the payment
2of interest on escrow accounts on veteran mortgage loans.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB40-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 45.79 (4) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB40-ASA1,1,64 45.79 (4) (c) Loans made pursuant to this section shall not be subject to s.
5138.05, 138.051 or 138.052, except that a loan originated under this section after the
6effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], is subject to s. 138.052 (5).
