AB407-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB407-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 8: before "believes" insert "reasonably"; and delete "re-".

AB407-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute: "examination is substantially related to the conduct that is the subject of the board's investiga-".

AB407-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute: "proceeding if the examining board reasonably believes that the examination is substantially related to the conduct that is the subject of the disciplinary proceeding.".
