AB546-ASA1-AA4,1,5 3. Page 2, line 12: after "on," insert: "or on a public right-of-way".

AB546-ASA1-AA4,1,6 4. Page 2, line 15: delete lines 15 to 18.

AB546-ASA1-AA4,1,7 5. Page 2, line 19: delete "3" and substitute "2".
