AB6-AA13,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB6-AA13,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB6-AA13,1,3 " Section 1. 73.0305 of the statutes is amended to read:

AB6-AA13,1,11 73.0305 Revenue limits calculations. The department of revenue shall annually determine and certify to the state superintendent of public instruction, no later than the 4th Monday in June, the allowable rate of increase for the limit imposed under subch. VII of ch. 121. For that limit, the allowable rate of increase is the percentage change in the consumer price index for all urban consumers, U.S. city average, this state's per capita personal income between the preceding May 31 calendar year and the 2nd preceding May 31, as computed by the federal department of labor calendar year.".

AB6-AA13,1,13 3. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA13,1,14 " Section 3. Initial applicability.

AB6-AA13,2,2 (1) The treatment of section 73.0305 of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit for the 1995-96 school year.".
