AB745-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB745-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "assistance" insert: "and arrests by a peace officer of this state outside of his or her territorial jurisdiction".

AB745-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 3: delete that line and substitute:

AB745-AA1,1,5 " Section 1g. 175.40 (6) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB745-AA1,1,7 175.40 (6) (a) 1. The officer is in uniform, on duty and on official business. If the officer is using a vehicle, that vehicle is a marked police vehicle.

AB745-AA1, s. 1r Section 1r. 175.40 (7) of the statutes is created to read:".
