AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "6 months of" and substitute "180 days after".

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "$150 or".

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,4 3. Page 2, line 16: before the period insert "or the following amount:

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,6 a. If the loan for which the fee is assessed is prepaid not more than 60 days after its origination, $150.

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,8 b. If the loan for which the fee is assessed is prepaid at least 61 days but not more than 90 days after its origination, $120.

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,10 c. If the loan for which the fee is assessed is prepaid at least 91 days but not more than 120 days after its origination, $90.

AB787-ASA1-AA2,1,12 d. If the loan for which the fee is assessed is prepaid at least 121 days but not more than 150 days after its origination, $60.

AB787-ASA1-AA2,2,2 e. If the loan for which the fee is assessed is prepaid at least 151 days but not more than 180 days after its origination, $30.
