31. Page 5, line 15: delete lines 15 and 16 and substitute: "work program for
4inmates in which the inmates are assigned to work, while away from the grounds of
5the institution to which they are assigned and while appropriately restrained for
6security purposes, on property that is owned, leased or managed by the
7department.".

82. Page 5, line 19: after the period insert: "The rules shall require inmates who
9are on work assignments under the program to wear distinctively colored outer
10garments.".
