SB602-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

Page 3, line 17: after that line, on page 1 of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, delete the material beginning with line 14 and ending with page 2, line 2, and substitute: "provided in s. 15.02 (4). A If a contract involving under s. 301.21 or 302.25 will result in the transfer of more than 10 prisoners to any one state in any fiscal year, the contract may be entered into under s. 302.25 only if the contract it is approved by the legislature by law or by the joint committee on finance.".".
