Representative Kunicki rose to the point of order that the Assembly was not properly in session under Assembly Rule
29 (3). The Assembly Calendar of Friday, February 17 was distributed at 8:50 P.M. on Thursday, February 16, therefore violating the rule that requires the calendar to be distributed at least eighteen hours before the Assembly can proceed to the calendar.
The Speaker ruled the point of order well taken.
