As Chair of the Assembly Committee on Environment and Utilities, I have appointed a Subcommittee on Clean Air Act Implementation.
Representative Tim Hoven will serve as chair of the subcommittee. Other members of the committee include Representatives Duff, Jensen, Bock and Notestein.
The subcommittee has been formed to explore all possible options so as to obtain relief from the mandates created by the federal Clean Air Act.
