On March 14, 1996, Senate Bill 184, relating to the requirements for licensure as a certified public accountant and granting rule-making authority, was referred to the Assembly Committee on Colleges and Universities. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Senate Bill 184 from the committee on Colleges and Universities and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Rules.
Representative Robin Kreibich, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Colleges and Universities, has consented to this rereferral.
