We have completed financial audits of the Wisconsin Gaming Commission and the Wisconsin Lottery for fiscal year 1994-95 to meet our audit requirements under s.
13.94(1)(em), Wis. Stats. We were able to provide unqualified opinions on the Gaming Commission's and Lottery's financial statements.

Under
1995 Act 274, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board is to provide an annual report to the Legislature regarding the Board's investment goals, strategies and performance. Section 30(2) of the Act provides for this initial report on July 1.
In response to the requirements of Act 274, this report addresses a wide range of specific topics, including risk management, use of derivatives and our investments in Wisconsin. An Executive Summary highlights key points in the report.
We are taking substantial steps to ensure that our risk management activities reflect the best practices in the industry. We appreciate your continuing support in helping us to reach that goal. Please contact me if you have comments or questions about the report.
