Relating to a Special Session of the Legislature
I, TOMMY G. THOMPSON, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Article IV, section 11 and Article V, section 4 of the Constitution of Wisconsin do require the convening of a special session of the Legislature at the Capitol in Madison, beginning of January 4, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. solely to consider and act upon:by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of this State, and specifically by Section 166.03(1)(b)5 of the Wisconsin Statutes, DO HEREBY ORDER that, during the State of Emergency in Waupaca county, the evacuated residents of Lakeview, Lakeview Manor/Gateway FDD and Weyauwega Health Care Center be deemed to be residing at those facililties and under the licenses and certifications of those facilities for the entire time that said residents are evacuated.
The proposed labor agreement for the 1993-95 biennial period for united Professionals for Quality Health Care, Local 1199.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin to be affixed. Done at the Capitol in the city of Madison this sixth day of December in the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety-four.
