Relating to a Special Session of the Legislature
I, TOMMY G. THOMPSON, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Article IV, section 11 and
Article V, section 4 of the Constitution of Wisconsin do require the convening of a special session of the Legislature at the Capitol in Madison, beginning on September 5, 1995 at 12:00 P.M. solely to consider and act upon:
Legislation relating to local professional baseball park districts.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin to be affixed. Done at the Capitol in the city of Madison this thirty-first day of August in the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety-five.
