The Senate met.
The Senate was called to order by Senator Brian Rude.

The Senate stood for the prayer which was offered by Pastor Andrew Buhrow of Temple Baptist Church in La Crosse.
The Senate remained standing and Senator Buettner led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
