2Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That:

1. Adjournment. Except for the consideration of executive vetoes or
4partial vetoes, the adoption of and concurrence in this joint resolution by both houses
5and a motion to adjourn pursuant to this joint resolution adopted in each house shall
6constitute the final adjournment of the January 1995 special session of the
7legislature.

2. Bills to governor. No later than the Friday occurring one full week
9from the day of final adjournment, the chief clerk of each house shall submit to the
10governor for executive action any enrolled bill originating in the chief clerk's house
11during the special session.

3. Veto review. The January 1995 special session shall reconvene
13upon a call of a majority of the members of the joint committee on legislative
14organization solely for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes.
