1997 WISCONSIN ACT 303
An Act to repeal and recreate 59.43 (2) (h) of the statutes; relating to: increasing the fees charged by a register of deeds for recording certain plats.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
303,1 Section 1 . 59.43 (2) (h) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:
59.43 (2) (h) For recording a cemetery plat under s. 157.07, a subdivision plat under s. 236.25 or a condominium plat under s. 703.07, $50.
303,2 Section 2 . Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to documents that are recorded on the effective date of this subsection.
