Through its rules, the board department shall do everything necessary to ensure the public interest and protect the integrity of the sport of snowmobile racing. If the department charges a fee to a person licensed under this subsection, the department shall deposit the moneys received in the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (g).".
