No grants may be awarded under section 39.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act, for the 1997-98 academic year to students enrolled at the applicable tribally controlled college unless the applicable formula submitted under paragraph (a) is approved or modified by the higher educational aids board under this paragraph.

AB100-ASA1-AA1,495,19 (c) Section 39.30 (2) (f) of the statutes, as affected by this act, does not apply to grant awards subject to this subsection.".
