AB443-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to create 757.69 (1) (p) of the statutes; relating to: the powers of
2full-time court commissioners.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB443-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 757.69 (1) (p) of the statutes is created to read:

AB443-ASA1,1,84 757.69 (1) (p) If a full-time court commissioner, impose a sentence or place a
5defendant on probation in misdemeanor cases if there is a stipulation between the
6state and the defendant. An action of a court commissioner under this paragraph is
7subject to review by a judge if the state or the defendant moves for review of the action
8within 15 days after that action.

AB443-ASA1, s. 2 9Section 2. Initial applicability.

AB443-ASA1,1,1110 (1) This act first applies to violations committed on the effective date of this
11subsection.
