AB4-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 21: after "(6)" insert "(a)".

AB4-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 23: after that line insert:

AB4-ASA1-AA1,1,10 "(c) This section does not apply to an application for a license, permit, approval or other determination if the department has temporarily suspended action on applications for licenses, permits, approvals or other determinations of the type applied for pending the completion of an environmental assessment of the cumulative, statewide effect of all permits, licenses, approvals or other determinations of the type applied for and if the temporary suspension was in effect on May 13, 1998.".
