SB351-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB351-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 11: after that line insert:

SB351-AA1,1,4 " Section 6m. 196.01 (3b) of the statutes is created to read:

SB351-AA1,1,6 196.01 (3b) "Interconnection agreement" means an interconnection agreement that is subject to approval by the commission under 47 USC 252 (e).".

SB351-AA1,1,9 2. Page 4, line 20: delete that line and substitute ""interconnection agreement" does not include an interconnection agreement to which a commercial mobile radio service provider is a party.".

SB351-AA1,1,11 3. Page 4, line 21: delete that line, as affected by senate amendment 1 to senate substitute amendment 1.

SB351-AA1,1,13 4. Page 17, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 18, line 2.

SB351-AA1,2,1 5. Page 20, line 23: delete ", as defined in s. 196.199 (1),".
