SB351-SSA1-SA2,1,5 1. Page 14, line 11: delete the material beginning with ". This" and ending with "services." on line 13 and substitute ", except that a provider is not obligated to provide to competitors access to dedicated access services provided to end user customers as part of an interexchange service.".
