On April 3, 1997, Assembly Bill 249, relating to eliminating recovery for personal injury for persons injured while involved in a felony, was referred to the Assembly Committee on Criminal Justice and Corrections. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 249 from the Assembly Committee on Criminal Justice and Corrections and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Judiciary.
