On January 20, 1998, Assembly Bills 725 and 726 from the Law Revision Committee were referred to the Assembly Committee on Judiciary. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bills 725 and 726 from the Assembly Committee on Judiciary and re-refer Assembly Bill 725 to the Assembly Committee on Labor and Employment and Assembly Bill 726 to the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources.

Representative Mark Green has consented to the re-referral.
