Moved by Representative Schneider, seconded by Senator Farrow, that Senate Bill 18 is good public policy. However, the Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions recommends that the standing committees which later consider this Bill amend the Bill to define what is meant by a "health and fitness center".
