15judge that any
blind or deaf child
or child who is visually impaired between the ages
16of 6 and 21 is deprived of a suitable education by the failure of the person having the
17care and custody of the child to provide a suitable education, the judge shall order
18the person to bring the child before the judge. If the material allegations of the
19affidavit are denied, the judge shall subpoena witnesses and hear testimony. If the
20allegations are admitted or established, the judge may order the child sent to the
21school Wisconsin School for the
visually handicapped or for the deaf Deaf, the school
22operated by the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired or to some
23class or other school for instruction, but the order

6on such grounds is subject to prior approval by the state superintendent. Any
7agreement pursuant hereto shall be cancelable at the option of either party without
8liability. Any such grounds so used by the city of Janesville shall be supervised by
9the city and shall be subject to the ordinances of the city of Janesville applicable to
10city parks.".

(1) Any school board may establish a program for school age parents
22who are residents of the school district. The program shall be designed to provide
23services and instruction to meet the needs of school age parents, including education
24on the skills required of a parent;
family planning, as defined in s. 253.07 (1) (a),
1including natural family planning; and instruction on adoption and adoption
2services. The instruction provided on adoption and adoption services shall include
3instruction on the options available and the procedures followed in independent and
4agency adoptions, including current practices regarding a birth parent's
5involvement in the selection of an adoptive home and the sharing of information
6between birth parents and adoptive parents, instruction on the impact of adoption
7on birth parents and children who have been adopted and an explanation that the
8adoption process may be initiated even after a child has been born and has left the
9hospital. The program shall be coordinated with existing vocational and job training
