19types of any positions to be transferred from the department of natural resources to
20the department under the plan.

22the department of natural resources relating to its vehicle fleet management
23functions. Employes transferred under the plan have all the rights and the same

8the department to the extent allowed under the contract.
AB133-ASA1-AA2,581,14 96. Transfer to the department of any rules promulgated or orders issued by the
10department of natural resources relating to its vehicle fleet management functions
11which are in effect on the effective date of the plan. If the transfer occurs, any such
12rules shall remain in effect until their specified expiration dates or until amended
13or repealed by the department, and any such orders shall remain in effect until their
14specified expiration dates or until modified or rescinded by the department.
AB133-ASA1-AA2,581,19 157. Transfer to the department of any matter pending with the department of
16natural resources relating to its vehicle fleet management functions. If the transfer
17occurs, all materials submitted to or actions taken by the department of natural
18resources with respect to the pending matter are considered as having been
19submitted to or taken by the department.
AB133-ASA1-AA2,581,25 20(d) The department shall submit to the cochairpersons of the joint committee
21on finance for consideration at the 3rd quarterly meeting of the committee under
22section 13.10 of the statutes in the year 2000 an implementation plan for
23consolidating the vehicle fleet management functions of the department of
24transportation and the University of Wisconsin-Madison with the corresponding
25functions of the department.
