3department may withdraw the grant or its approval of the project and the amount
4of the grant or cost of the project may not be counted under this paragraph.

4department of natural resources relating to its vehicle fleet management functions

6rules shall remain in effect until their specified expiration dates or until amended
7or repealed by the department, and any such orders shall remain in effect until their
8specified expiration dates or until modified or rescinded by the department.

10natural resources relating to its vehicle fleet management functions. If the transfer
11occurs, all materials submitted to or actions taken by the department of natural
12resources with respect to the pending matter are considered as having been
13submitted to or taken by the department.
AB133-ASA1-CA1,853,19 14(d) The department shall submit to the cochairpersons of the joint committee
15on finance for consideration at the 3rd quarterly meeting of the committee under
16section 13.10 of the statutes in the year 2000 an implementation plan for
17consolidating the vehicle fleet management functions of the department of
18transportation and the University of Wisconsin-Madison with the corresponding
19functions of the department.
