AB133-ASA1-CA1,11,2 13.64 (2m) If an individual who applies for registration under this section does not have a social security number, the individual, as a condition of obtaining registration, shall submit a statement made or subscribed under oath or affirmation to the board that the individual does not have a social security number. The form of the statement shall be prescribed by the department of workforce development. A registration accepted in reliance upon a false statement submitted under this subsection is invalid.".

AB133-ASA1-CA1,18,9 10. One person who is a minority group member, as defined in s. 560.036 (1) (f).
