AB190-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB190-ASA1-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 15: delete the material beginning with "0.99" and ending with "income," on line 16 and substitute "1.0 and 85% of the average annual percentage change in the consumer price index, all items, U.S. city average,".

AB190-ASA1-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 17: delete the material beginning with "federal" and ending with "commerce" on line 18 and substitute "bureau of labor statistics of the federal department of labor".

AB190-ASA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 19: delete "0.99" and substitute "1.0".

AB190-ASA1-AA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 20: delete that line and substitute "85% of the average annual percentage change in the consumer price index, all items, U.S. city average,".
