AB389-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB389-AA5,1,2 1. Page 15, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4.

AB389-AA5,1,3 2. Page 20, line 8: after that line insert:

AB389-AA5,1,6 "(6) Electric bills. An electric utility or retail electric cooperative shall include on a customer's or member's bill the charge required under the rules promulgated by the commission under s. 196.025 (6).".

AB389-AA5,1,7 3. Page 27, line 5: after that line insert:

AB389-AA5,1,8 " Section 21m. 196.025 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB389-AA5,2,2 196.025 (6) The commission shall promulgate rules establishing requirements for an electric utility, as defined in s. 16.957 (1) (g), or a retail electric cooperative, as defined in s. 16.957 (1) (t), to include as a separate charge on a customer's or member's bill the cost to the customer or member of the programs established under s. 16.957 (2) (a) and (b) 1.".
