AB495-AA4,1,2 21. Page 20, line 3: after that line insert:

AB495-AA4,1,6 3"(4t) Request that supreme court take original jurisdiction. Considering the
4implementation of this act a matter of high public importance, the legislature
5requests that the supreme court take jurisdiction of any original action relating to
6the implementation of this act.".
