AB62-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB62-SA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 9: delete lines 9 to 11 and substitute "petition or otherwise answers the petition, the court shall".

AB62-SA1,1,7 2. Page 4, line 13: after "minor" insert ", unless the petitioning parent shows that the nonpetitioning parent has abandoned the minor, as described in s. 48.415 (1) (a) 3., (b) and (c), or failed to assume parental responsibility for the minor, as described in s. 48.415 (6)".
