(1) (a) When the amount recovered or the value of the property involved

$1,000 or over greater than $7,500, attorney fees shall
be $100 not exceed $500;
5when it is
equal to or less than
$1,000 and is $500 or over, $50 $7,500 but is $4,000
6or more, attorney fees shall not exceed $350; when it is less than
$500 and is $200
7or over, $25; and when it is less than $200, $15 $4,000 and is $1,000 or more, attorney
8fees shall not exceed $250; and when it is less than $1,000, attorney fees shall not
9exceed $100. In all other cases in which there is no amount recovered or that do not
10involve property, attorney fees shall not exceed $500.".
