AB699-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB699-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 16: delete "sub. (4)," and substitute "subs. (3g) and (4),".

AB699-AA3,1,3 2. Page 4, line 6: after that line insert:

AB699-AA3,1,9 "(3g) Exemption from prohibition for certain prisoners. A person who is prohibited from possessing body armor under sub. (2) may wear body armor if he or she is in the actual custody of a law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (c), or a correctional officer, as defined in s. 102.475 (8) (a), and is wearing the body armor at the request or direction of the law enforcement officer or correctional officer.".
