AB815-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB815-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute:

AB815-AA4,1,4 "20.435 (4) (j) Senior and disabled care; payment of manufacturer rebates to pharmacies. All moneys received".

AB815-AA4,1,6 2. Page 3, line 11: delete " Prescription drug charges; low-income medicare beneficiaries." and substitute "Senior and disabled care.".

AB815-AA4,1,8 3. Page 4, line 2: after "person" insert "who is a resident, as defined in s. 27.01 (10) (a), of this state,".

AB815-AA4,1,9 4. Page 4, line 24: delete "11%" and substitute "5%".

AB815-AA4,1,11 5. Page 4, line 25: after "less," insert "and minus the amount of any manufacturer rebate for the drug under an agreement under sub. (7),".

AB815-AA4,2,2 6. Page 5, line 17: delete "rebate amount" and substitute "amount of the discount resulting from the rebate".
