Pursuant to Assembly Rule 10, I hereby create the Special Assembly Committee on the Renovation of Lambeau Field. This special committee will have all of the powers, duties and authority of a standing committee. This special committee shall cease to exist upon making its final recommendation regarding the proposal to renovate Lambeau Field or July 1, 2000, whichever occurs first.
